Concept House Orlando

Concept House with ABC Orlando TV affiliate WFTV Channel 9, showcases real world technology from with a complete home system tying together whole-house audio, security, video surveillance, lighting control, energy management, and more. The home theater features a 120" screen displaying crisp High Definition movies while homeowners and guests enjoy plush furniture to match the decor. Not to be forgotten was the outdoor living which included landscape speakers, Lighting Control and Surveillance. This Concept Home was the 2008 Aurora Award Winner for Interior Design in it's category. This house was just plain fun to do and shows where the housing industry is going to in the near future.

Oxley Residence

A project 2 years in the making... with a complete home system tying together whole-house audio, security, video surveillance, lighting control, energy management, and more. The home theater features a 106" screen displaying crisp High Definition movies while homeowners and guests enjoy plush furniture to match the 1940's decor. Not to be forgotten was the outdoor living which included landscape speakers. The Oxley residence was a lot of fun to work on and it featured the ideal setup of systems from MillenniumWaves.

Fulmer Home

This home located in Central Florida's more elite neighborhoods features 13 zones of Distributed Video. the house has 6 Video sources to share over this system which allows all these areas to share the video sources from within the home. Watch the Blu-Ray DVD in the family room, pause it then pick back up in the Master Suite. Cameras and such can be viewed from anywhere you wish. The Gameroom has a Video Wall which allows you to pause and move the video from either of the 2 outer TV's to the Center TV, great for sports.

ZenHome

This Modern Classic has a "Twist" and that would be the loads of technology in it. Lighting Control from Control4, Audio & Video Distribution also by Control4. This house can be controlled remotely by it's owners from anywhere in the world. The Security System and Cameras can be manipulated even remotely. In this house all you need to do is Relax! Winter Park Townhome

This beautiful townhouse located in Winter Park FL was prewired by us sometime ago. The new owners wanted simple yet techy. So here we go.

Sandberg Residence

This beautiful home was decorated by its owner who herself is an interior decorator. This house was a total rebuild from extream water damage. The owners wanted simplicity and yet ease of use. MillenniumWaves and Control4 simplified the operation of the home tailored to their needs.

Gunkle-Theater

This was a quick remodel job. MillenniumWaves was contracted to remodel a Bonus Room over the garage and turn it into a usuable space. We made a Theater to follow the Modern Design of the home.

Miami Sunrise

The Sunrise Home is finished with over 14 LED and LCD TV's and a 32" Sunbrite TV out by the pool. A complete Cinema is installed along with Video Distribution from ZeeVee TV for Globo TV from Brazil. The home is completely automated by using Control4 equipment. Everything in this house was retrofited by us. This is the Cinema.

Miami Sunrise Living Area

This TV wasn't there nor was the wiring when we started the job. We ran all new wiring from the Laundry down into the bottom floor through 6" of reinforced concrete then back up through an HVAC closet accross the ceiling area to the back of the fireplace. We then had to cutout the sheetrock only to find out that there was a block wall with solid concrete poured into the cavities. We cutout a 3' hole in that wall reinforced with new blocking thus making a window. all this to fish the wires to an old Wood Stire box then back upto the 55" LED Samsung. All automated with Control4.

Miami Sunrise Pool Area

The outside of this house has some great views, just off of Biscayne Bay. This house has a canal out back with a beautiful pool and a 32" SunBrite TV under the Palms. All you need is a cool drink!

Miami Sunrise Family Room

This room was a blank wall. Absolutely nothing on the wall and no equipment. We first wired 8 Zones of Audio to the area, plus a surround sound system for that room. All this is controlled by Control4 to create an ease of operation.

Miami Sunrise Home Front

This beautiful in South Miami has music welcoming all the guest. As you walk up the stairs listen to the background music envelop you as you sit down and enkoy and wonder where it is coming from.

Look in the planter! We hid them in the plants and flowers.
